Quick Jiaozi Dumplings

Ingredients:
- 200g of all-purpose flour
- 100ml of warm water
- 100g of ground pork
- 50g of cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Mixing bowl
- Rolling pin
- Frying pan
- Steamer
- Spoon
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and warm water to form a dough.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the ground pork, chopped cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to create the filling.
Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a thin circle.
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle, fold the dough over, and pinch the edges to seal the dumplings.
Bring water to boil in a steamer or frying pan.
Steam the dumplings for about 10 minutes until cooked through, or pan-fry for 5 minutes and then add water to steam for another 5 minutes.
