Ingredients:
- 100g of pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 50g of Greek yogurt (for serving)
- 50g of fresh fruits (e.g., berries or banana slices)

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin seeds, olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well until the seeds are evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned pumpkin seeds across a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the seeds are golden brown and crunchy, stirring halfway through to avoid burning.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before adding honey and mixing again.
- In a serving bowl, place the Greek yogurt and top it with the roasted pumpkin seeds and fresh fruits.
- Drizzle any remaining honey on top if desired. Serve immediately.
